Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must ensure that:
1. Submitted work is original and free from plagiarism.
2. Manuscripts are not simultaneously submitted to other journals.
3. Data, figures, and results are presented honestly and accurately.
4. Sources and references are properly cited.
5. Conflicts of interest are fully disclosed.
6. Ethical approval and informed consent are obtained when required.
7. Any use of AI tools in writing, coding, image generation, or data analysis is appropriately disclosed.
8. AI systems or tools are not listed as authors.
Authors are encouraged to provide datasets, source code, and reproducibility materials whenever possible.
Responsibilities of Editors
Editors are responsible for:
1. Making fair, objective, and unbiased editorial decisions.
2. Maintaining confidentiality throughout the review process.
3. Avoiding conflicts of interest.
4. Addressing ethical concerns, complaints, and misconduct appropriately.
5. Ensuring the integrity and quality of published research.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers are expected to:
1. Provide objective and constructive evaluations.
2. Maintain manuscript confidentiality.
3. Identify potential ethical concerns, plagiarism, or duplicate publication.
4. Decline reviews where conflicts of interest exist.
5 Complete reviews within agreed timelines.
Research Misconduct
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or unethical research practices.All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection software prior to peer review.
Cases of misconduct may result in:
1. Manuscript rejection
2. Publication correction
3. Retraction
4. Notification to relevant institutions when appropriate
Corrections and Retractions
The journal may publish corrections, retractions, or editorial expressions of concern when significant errors, ethical violations, or unreliable findings are identified after publication.
Author Guidelines
Before submission, authors should ensure that:
1. The manuscript falls within the journal scope.
2. The work is original and unpublished.
3. All authors approve the submission.
4. The manuscript is written in clear academic English.
5. Tables, figures, and references are accurate and properly formatted.
6. Ethical standards and reporting requirements are satisfied.
Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer and editor comments. Detailed formatting and submission instructions are available on the journal website.
JAAIS is an open-access journal. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 3,000 is required for accepted papers to support editorial processing, peer review, online publication, DOI registration, and journal maintenance.
There is no submission fee. Authors are required to pay the APC only after their manuscript has been accepted for publication. Waiver or discount requests may be considered in special cases.
